AN ORDINANCE appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Laterals), in
the City of Lakeshire, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of the area to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Five Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($5,300.00) toward the costs of said project, which does
not include costs related to the outfall portion of said project,
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance, and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
428 (Lakeshire Laterals], in the City of Lakeshire, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8, 1978.
