AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Laterals) S-1129, in the City of
Lakeshire, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 428 (Lakeshire Laterals) S-1129, in the City of
Lakeshire, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
October, 1978, and formally executed on the 24th day of October,
1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 8. 1978.
