Board of Assessors Meeting
February 3,2011
Members Present: Jim Jursak and Diane Salomone
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Jursak called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
Old Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to approve the minutes of the January 27, 2011 meeting. Ms. Salomone
seconded, and the motion passed 2-0.
New Business:
Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 6:10. Jursak-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:40.
Ms. Salomone moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Mr. Jursak seconded, and it passed
2-0.
