AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1 and 2 of Four Winds Farm Estates, Plat 4, in the City of
Des Peres, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for these
portions of the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of sewer easements described
below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point in the Northern Line of "Four Winds Farm Estates Plat 4," Plat Book 180, Pages 24 and 25, of the St. Louis County Records, as shown on an Easement Plat granted to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., Book 6653, Page 1605, of the St. Louis County Records, thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 5 feet, thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 50.97 feet, to the actual point of beginning, being the centerline of a 10 foot easement, thence South 17 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East 149.54 feet to the end of that portion of easement which is being vacated. Also, beginning at the same point, thence South 00 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 5 feet, thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 50.97 feet, thence South 17 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds East 98 feet to the actual point of beginning being the centerline of a 10 foot easement dedicated to Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc. as shown on an Easement Plat recorded in Book 6674, Page 321, thence North 33 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East 57 feet to the end of that portion of easement which is being vacated. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 22, 1978.
