AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 79 of
High School Lane Addition, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the East line of Lot 79 of
High School Lane Addition as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page
10 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 22, 1978.
