AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty-nine Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($39,900.00) from the Mississippi River Sub-
district Construction Fund to the Improvement Fund and trans-
ferring the sum of Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars
($26,600.00) from the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account to the Improvement Fund, and
appropriating from the Improvement Fund the sum of Sixty-six
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($66,500.00) to be used to pay the
fifth installment due December 31, 1978 for the purchase of
Spanish Lake Services, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, as authorized
by Ordinance No. 2716, adopted December 11, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($39,900.00) is hereby transferred from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Construction Fund to the Improvement
Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($26,600.00) is hereby transferred from Coldwater
Creek Trunk Subdistrict Sewer Extension Improvement Account to the
Improvement Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Sixty-six Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($66,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Im-
provement Fund to be used to pay the fifth installment due
December 31, 1978, for the purchase of Spanish Lake Service, Inc.,
a Missouri Corporation, as authorized by Ordinance No. 2716,
adopted December 11, 1974.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 22, 1978.
