AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Eighty-nine
and 19/100 Dollars ($8,089.19) from the General Fund of the
District as an advancement for the payment of leasehold
contractual obligations in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict,
and directing the repayment of such advance to the General Fund of
the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Eighty-nine and
19/100 Dollars ($8,089.19) is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the District as an advancement for the payment of
leasehold contractual obligations in the Fee Fee Trunk Sewer
Subdistrict.
Section Two. Upon receipt of adequate funds by the Fee
Fee Trunk Sewer Subdistrict, the sum as hereby appropriated will
be repaid to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 22, 1978.
