AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand
Dollars ($53,000.00) from the General Fund of the District as an
advancement for the purchase from Blue Ribbon Real Estate, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, the owner thereof, all of the sanitary sewer
system and treatment facilities, including all treatment plants,
pump stations, mains, trunks, sub-trunks, laterals, manholes, and
appurtenances, together with all real property and easements owned
by Blue Ribbon Real Estate, Inc. within the Village of Twin Oaks
in St. Louis County, Missouri, and directing the repayment of such
advance to the General Fund of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Dollars
($53,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District as an advancement for the purchase from Blue Ribbon Real
Estate, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, the owner thereof, all of
the sanitary sewer system and treatment facilities, including all
treatment plants, pump stations, mains, trunks, sub-trunks,
laterals, manholes, and appurtenances, together with all real
property and easements owned by Blue Ribbon Real Estate, Inc.
within the Village of Twin Oaks in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. Upon receipt of adequate funds from con-
nection fees in the Twin Oaks service area, the sum as hereby
appropriated will be repaid to the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 29, 1978.
