AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to be used for
the construction of storm sewers in Troost Avenue Storm Sewer
Relocation (S-962), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North
Affton, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs of said project, upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improve-
ment Fund of North Affton,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North
Affton to be used for the construction of storm sewers in Troost
Avenue Storm Sewer Relocation (S-962), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
