AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Arlington-Lenox, Phase 2 (S-1091), in the City
of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One.. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Construction Company as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm and
sanitary sewers in Arlington-Lenox, Phase 2, (S-1091), in the
City.of Shrewsbury, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th
day of November, 1978, and formally executed on the 21st day of
November, 1978, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
