AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($16,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 457 (Forman &
Lindsley Sanitary Extension) S-1343, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of the area to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) toward the costs of said project, which does not
include costs related to the outfall portion of said project, upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($16,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No.
457 (Forman & Lindsley Sanitary Extension) S-1343, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
