AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for the
printing of plans, specifications and the results of subsurface
conditions, and the cost of advertising for the Lemay Treatment
Plant - Maintenance Building and Modifications, and Additions to
the existing Incinerator and Filter Building, Contract PA-64, EPA
Project C290640 03.
WHEREAS, the proceeds from the sale of the afore-
mentioned plans and specifications shall be returned to the
Mississippi River Construction Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for the printing of plans, specifications and
the results of subsurface conditions, and the cost of advertising
for the Lemay Treatment Plant - Maintenance Building and Modifi-
cations, and Additions to the existing Incinerator and Filter
Building, Contract PA-64, EPA Project C290640 03.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
