AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Three
Hundred Fifty-two and 46/100 Dollars ($20,352.46) from the General
Fund of the District for payment of the District's share of
sanitary sewer relocations on State Route 725 between Wood Avenue
and St. Charles Rock Road.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3539, adopted July 28, 1978,
authorized the District to enter into a Utility Agreement with the
State Highway Commission, wherein said payment was specified,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Three Hundred
Fifty-two and 46/100 Dollars ($20,352.46) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District for payment of the
District's share of sanitary sewer relocations on State Route 725
between Wood Avenue and St. Charles Rock Road.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
