AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement
in the Cross Keys Shopping Center, in the City of Florissant, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for the
portion of the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
A ten (10) foot wide strip of land in Lots 30 and 31 of
the COMMONS OF ST. FERDINAND, St. Louis County, Missouri, being a
portion of an existing ten (10) foot wide sewer easement, re-
corded in Book 6385, Page 1081, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; said strip being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the southern
line of said Lot 30, with the southwestern line of New Halls Ferry
Road, as widened; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes West 281.34
feet, along the southern line of said Lot 30 to the eastern most
line of a ten (10) foot wide sewer easement, recorded in Book
6385, Page 1081, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence North
00 degrees 09 minutes West 0.77 feet to its intersection with the
eastern line of an existing ten (10) foot wide sewer easement,
recorded in Book 6661, Page 1298, St. Louis County Recorder's
office, and the point of beginning of the strip herein described;
thence North 00 degrees 09 minutes West 99.23 feet along the
easternmost line of said ten (10) foot wide sewer easement,
recorded in Book 6385, Page 1081, St. Louis County Recorder's
office, to the northern line of the aforesaid ten (10) foot wide
sewer easement, recorded in Book 6385, Page 1081, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes West 31.34
feet along said northern line of said ten (10) foot wide sewer
easement to the eastern line of the aforesaid ten (10) foot wide
sewer easement, recorded in said Book 6661, Page 1298, St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence South 17 degrees 40 1/2 minutes
East 10.49 feet along the eastern line of said ten (10) foot wide
sewer easement recorded in said Book 6661, Page 1298, St. Louis
County Recorder's office to the southern line of the aforesaid ten
(10) foot wide sewer easement recorded in said Book 6385, Page
1081, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence North 89 degrees
51 minutes East 18.18 feet along said southern line of said ten
(10) foot wide sewer easement, recorded in said Book 6385, Page
1081, St. Louis County Recorder's office to an angle point
therein; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes East 57.56 feet along
a western line of said ten (10) foot wide sewer easement, recorded
in said Book 6385, Page 1081, St. Louis County Recorder's office
to the eastern line of the aforesaid ten (10) foot wide sewer
easement, recorded in said Book 6661, Page 1298, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence South 17 degrees 40 1/2 minutes East
33.21 feet along the eastern line of said ten (10) foot wide sewer
easement, recorded in said Book 6661, Page 1298, St. Louis County
Recorder's office, to the point of beginning.
