AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Shrewsbury, St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further use for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement in Lot 26, Block 15 of Shrewsbury Park,
Fifth Subdivision, as recorded in Book 6913, Pages 1444 and 1445
of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 13, 1978.
