HomeMy Public PortalAbout03677 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3677 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 459 (Craig Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such Subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 459 (Craig Lane). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 459 (Craig Lane) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 3677 CRAIG LANE Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Craig Road and the northwestward prolongation of the northern line of property now or formerly of Roger W. Hager and Patricia E. Hager, his wife, as conveyed by deed recorded in Deed Book 6892, Pg. 1359 of the St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's Office; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said northern line to the southwestern corner of property now or formerly of Donald S. McLaughlin and Peggy F. McLaughlin, his wife, as conveyed by deed recorded in Deed Book 6915, Pg. 2163 of the St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's Office; thence northwardly along the western line of said McLaughlin property to the northwestern corner thereof, also being a point in the south line of Lot "A" of Craig Village, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 118, Pg. 11 of the St. Louis County records; thence eastwardly along the southern line of said subdivision and its prolongation to a point in the southwest line of Lot 63 of Quiet Village Plat 12, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 107, Pg. 2 of the St. Louis County records; thence southeastwardly and southwardly along the rear lines of Lots 63, 64, and 65 of said subdivision to a point in the western line of said Lot 65, said point being the northern most corner of property now or formerly of William F. Filla and 3 Beverly Ann Filla, his wife, as conveyed by deed recorded in Deed Book 6345, Pg. 217 of the St. Louis County, Mo. Recorder's Office; thence southwestwardly along the northwestern line of said Filla property a distance of 393.79'; thence southeastwardly to the southeastern most corner of said Filla property, also being a point in the western line of Lot 97 of Quiet Village Resubdivision of Plat 9, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 104, Pg. 91 of the St. Louis County records; thence southwardly along the western line of said subdivision to the northern line of Lot 89 of Park West Plat 4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 94, Pg. 1 of the St. Louis County records; thence westwardly along the northern line of said Lot 89, and along the northern line of Park West Plat 5, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Mo., as per plat thereof recorded in P.B. 96, Pg. 30 of the St. Louis County records to the northwestern most corner of Lot 143 of said Park West Plat 5; thence southwardly along the west line of said Park West Plat 5 to the southern most corner of Lot 142 of said Park West Plat 5; thence southwestwardly along the southwestward prolongation of the southeastern line of said Lot 142 to the point of intersection with the centerline of Craig Road; thence northwardly along the centerline of Craig Road to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1979.
