AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest of
the District in a sewer easement and.the unused sewer therein in
City Block 462-W of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, a sewer easement was reserved over land
situated in City Block 462-W of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
and
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title, or interest that it may have in
subject sewer easement, and this District has no use for this
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described sewer easement and the unused sewer there-
in:
The east-west alley in City Block 462-W from the west line of
the north-south alley to the western terminus thereof as
described in Ordinance 56723 of the City of St. Louis.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 11, 1979.
