Home My Public Portal About03686 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3686 AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-two Dollars ($49,382.00) from the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($6,969.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund, Seven Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars ($797.00) from the Bonfils Operating Fund, One Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars ($199.00) from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund, Four Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars ($498.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund, One Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars ($199.00) from the Missouri Bottoms Operating Fund, and Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-two Dollars ($6,372.00) from the Fee Fee Subdistrict Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District; and appropriating Ninety-nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-one Dollars ($99,561.00) from the General Fund of the District for the use of a Personnel and Payroll Computer Software System for the District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-two Dollars ($49,382.00) is hereby transferred from the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the General Fund of the District. Section Two. The sum of Six Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Dollars ($6,969.00) is hereby transferred from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Three. The sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-seven Dollars ($797.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Four. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars ($199.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Five. The sum of Four Hundred Ninety-eight Dollars ($498.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Six. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-nine Dollars ($199.00) is hereby transferred from the Missouri Bottoms Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Seven. The sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-two Dollars ($6,372.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Subdistrict Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District. Section Eight. The sum of Ninety-nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-one Dollars ($99,561.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the use of Personnel and Pay- roll Computer Software System for the District. Section Nine. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 24, 1979.
