AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a License Agreement with
Information Science, Inc. for the use of a Personnel and Payroll
Computer Software System for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a License
Agreement with Information Science, Inc. for the use of a
Personnel and Payroll Computer Software System for the District,
in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 24, 1979.
