AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($62,496.00) from the General Fund of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict, Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($8,820.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue
Fund, One Thousand Eight Dollars ($1,008.00) from the Bonfils
Operating Fund, Two Hundred Fifty-two Dollars ($252.00) from the
Spanish Lake Operating Fund, Six Hundred Thirty Dollars ($630.00)
from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund, Two Hundred Fifty-two Dollars
($252.00) from the Missouri Bottoms Operating Fund, and Eight
Thousand Sixty-four Dollars ($8,064.00) from the Fee Fee
Subdistrict Operating Fund, to the General Fund of the District;
and appropriating One Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($126,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for the use of
a General Accounting Computing Software System for the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-two Thousand Four
Hundred Ninety-six Dollars ($62,496.00) is hereby transferred from
the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($8,820.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund of the
District.
Section Three. The sum of One Thousand Eight Dollars
($1,008.00) is hereby transferred from the Bonfils Operating Fund
to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty two Dollars
($252.00) is hereby transferred from the Spanish Lake Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Six Hundred Thirty Dollars
($630.00) is hereby transferred from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty-two Dollars
($252.00) is hereby transferred from the Missouri Bottoms
Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Seven. The sum of Eight Thousand Sixty-four
Dollars ($8,064.00) is hereby transferred from the Fee Fee Sub-
district Operating Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Eight. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-six
Thousand Dollars ($126,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the use of a General Accounting
Software System for the District.
Section Nine. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
