AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Gary & Roger L.
Link, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Dorothy Avenue
(S-358), in the Village of Riverview, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction. of storm sewers in the
Village of Riverview, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th
day of December, 1978, and formally executed on the 9th day of
January, 1979, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 24, 1979.
