AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for the
printing of plans and specifications; and construction permit fees
for the Secondary Treatment Facilities contracts Bissell Point
Plant, EPA Project No. C290641; and submission of the required
documents to the Environmental Protection Agency, the Corps of
Engineers, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources for
approval.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for the printing of plans and specifications;
and construction permit fees for the Secondary Treatment
Facilities contracts - Bissell Point Plant, EPA Project No.
C290641; and submission of the required documents to the
Environmental Protection Agency, the Corps of Engineers, and the
Missouri Department of Natural Resources for approval.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 24, 1979.
