AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($2,800.00) from the Fee Fee connection charges to pay
Conway/Mason Development Company a recoupment for sanitary sewer
construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer
Connection Agreement with the former Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.,
dated October 10, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($2,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
connection charges to pay Conway/Mason Development Company a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated October 10, 1975.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 24, 1979.
