New Business: Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:20. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 7:35. Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Jursak, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1: FY 2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications Granted 11/2/2011 After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement Application as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2: FY 2012 Real Estate Abatement Application Denied 11/2/2011 Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session.
