AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($339,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in St. Joseph Hills Outfall, in the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Ann, Missouri, pursuant to the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to con-
tribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-nine
Thousand Dollars ($339,000.00] is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Cold-
water Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in St. Joseph Hills Outfall, in
the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
