AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title, or interest in
an easement in Lots 18 through 29 of River Bend West Subdivision,
in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title, or interest that it may have in
the following described easement: A ten foot wide strip of land being part of Lots 18 through 29 of River Bend West Subdivision, in U.S. Survey 2030, Township 46 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 179, Pages 46 and 47, in the St. Louis County, Missouri records. The centerline of said ten (10) foot wide strip of land is further described as beginning at a point in the northeast line of said Lot 18 ten (10) feet north of the southeast corner of said Lot 18; thence southwesterly to a point in the southwest line of Lot 18 eighty (80) feet, more or less, northwest of the south line of said Lot 18; thence South 52o 53' 04" West to a point in Lot 25 forty-five (45) feet southwest of the northeast line of Lot 25; thence southwesterly to a point in the southwest line of Lot 25 eighty (80) feet northeast of the southeast line of Lot 25; thence southwesterly to a point in the south line of Lot 26 eighty (80) feet west of the east line of Lot 26; thence southwardly to a point int he south line of Lot 27 seventy-two (72) feet west of the east line of Lot 27; thence southwardly to a point in the south lien of Lot 28 seventy (70) feet west of the east line of Lot 28; thence southwardly to the south lien of Lot 29 eighty (80) feet west of the east line of Lot 29. This legal description is not intended to and does not include any portion of that certain easement running generally in eastwardly - westwardly direction being ten (10) foot wide as shown on the Plat of Lot 26 of River Bend West Subdivision above described. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
