AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Grupp & Blaze Storm
Extension (S-1263), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Grupp
& Blaze Storm Extension (S-1263), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of January,
1979, and formally executed on the 23rd day of January, 1979, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
