AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-293 with Clark, Dietz, and
Associates - Engineers, Inc., for engineering services for
stormwater improvements in the Affton Branch of the River des
Peres.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract
E-293 with Clark, Dietz, and Associates - Engineers, Inc., for
engineering services for stormwater improvements in the Affton
Branch of the River des Peres, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
