AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for stormwater improvements in Pallardy & Patrick,
Contract E-294.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for stormwater improvements in Pallardy &
Patrick, Contract E-294.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
