AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into a contract with Microfilm Techniques, Inc.
for the microfilming of the District's Central Files records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Microfilm Techniques, Inc. for the microfilming of the District's
Central Files records, in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
