II!11141 \\\ Board of Assessors Meeting November 30, 2011 Members Present: Jim Jursak, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:12 p.m. Old Business: The Board voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the meeting of March 9, 2011. New Business: Mr. Jursak moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate Abatement Applications. Mr. Hayes seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:16. Jursak-yes, Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 7:52. Present: Assessors Hayes, Salomone and Jursak, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. Mr. Hayes abstained on the applications for 120 Gage's Way and 41 Betty's Lane because of business relationships with the owners of those properties. After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement Application as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2. Mr. Hayes abstained on the applications for 226 Gull's Way and 20 Priscilla Way because of business relationships with the owners of those properties. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Mr. Jursak seconded. Roll call vote was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Jursak-yes, Salomone-yes. The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:52. Respectfully Submitted, David H.
