AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Five Thousand
Dollars ($105,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the
River des Peres to be used for the construction of storm sewers
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in North & South - Kingsbury (S-
1312), in the City of Clayton, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the River des
Peres, and
WHEREAS, the City of Clayton, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction,
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of the River des
Peres,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Five Thousand
Dollars ($105,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of the River des Peres to be used for the construction
of storm sewers together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in North &
South Kingsbury (S-1312), in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 14, 1979.
