AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($2,400.00) from the Fee Fee Operating Fund for the annual
lease payment for certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri, upon which sewage treatment facilities are located, for
the period from March 1, 1979 to February 29, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($2,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Operating Fund for the annual lease payment for certain real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, upon which sewage
treatment facilities are located, for the period from March 1,
1979 to February 29, 1980.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 28, 1979.
