AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to lease to Quick Erectors, Inc., a
corporation, d/b/a Midwest Insulation and Coatings, certain real
property of the District in the County of St. Louis, Missouri, for
use as an office building, and to execute a Lease Agreement upon
the terms and conditions hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS, the use of said property as herein specified
will not interfere with any District operations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to lease to Quick Erectors,
Inc., a corporation, d/b/a Midwest Insulation and Coatings, upon
the terms and conditions hereinafter set out, for use as an office
building, the following described real property of the District in
the County of St. Louis, Missouri, to wit: The premises consisting of approximately one hundred feet (100') fronting on Baumgartner Road by a depth of approximately two hundred ten feet (210'), located in U. S. Survey 2968, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, with all improvements thereon known and numbered as 5292 Baumgartner Road and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of New Baumgartner Road, 60 feet wide, and the West line of U. S. Survey 2968, thence leaving said south road line and running along the aforesaid survey line South 23 degrees 22 minutes West 210 feet to a point, thence running in an Easterly direction and at right angles to said survey line 100 feet to a point, thence running North 23 degrees 22 minutes East to a point in the South line of New Baumgartner Road, thence
running along the South line of New Baumgartner Road in a Westerly direction to the point of beginning.
Section Two. The lease shall be for a term of two (2)
years, beginning March 1, 1979 and terminating February 28, 1981,
at the rental of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month.
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement
giving effect to Sections One and Two hereof, and embodying such
other terms and conditions as approved by the Director of Legal
Services. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 28, 1979.
