AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand One
Hundred Five Dollars ($16,105.00) from the General Fund to be used
for the renewal premium of the District's Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage from March 8, 1979 to March 8, 1980.
WHEREAS, the current carrier of the District's public
official liability insurance coverage has offered to renew such
coverage for an additional year at and for a premium of Sixteen
Thousand One Hundred Five Dollars ($16,105.00),
NEW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred
Five Dollars ($16,105.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used for payment
of the renewal premium for the District's Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage from March 8, 1979 to March 8, 1980.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 28, 1979.
