AN ORDINANCE, renewing a contract with the Forum
Insurance Company of Providence, Rhode Island, for the District's
Public Official Liability Insurance coverage from March 8, 1979 to
March 8, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Forum Insurance Company of
Providence, Rhode Island, the only company writing such insurance
coverage, which has submitted a proposal for renewing the
District's Public Official Liability Insurance, with an annual
aggregate coverage of Two Million Dollar ($2,000,000.00), and with
a deductible amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) per
loss, for one year, at and for a premium of Sixteen Thousand One
Hundred Five Dollars ($16,105.00), is hereby awarded the contract
for such liability insurance coverage from March 8, 1979 to March
8, 1980.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 28, 1979.
