AN ORDINANCE, renewing a contract with St. Paul
Insurance Company for the District's Employee Benefit Programs
Liability Insurance coverage from March 8, 1979 to March 8, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The St. Paul Insurance Company, the only
carrier writing such insurance coverage, which has submitted a
proposal for renewing the District's Employee Benefit Program
Liability Insurance, with a limit of One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) for each claim, Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000.00) annual aggregate and with a deductible amount of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per occurrence for one year at
and for a premium of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per annum, is
hereby awarded the contract for such liability insurance coverage
from March 10, 1979 to March 10, 1980.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 28, 1979.
