AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 476 (Langley & New
Hampshire) S-1378, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the residents of the area to be served by said
project have agreed to contribute Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) toward the costs of said project, which does not
include costs related to the outfall portion of said project, upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred with such construction project, in Subdistrict No. 476
(Langley & New Hampshire) S-1378, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1979.
