AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 3496, as adopted
May 4, 1978, by repealing Section One and enacting a new Section
One in lieu thereof prescribing the salary for the position of
Technical Advisor to the Executive Director.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section One of Ordinance No. 3496, as
adopted May 4, 1978, is hereby repealed.
"Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service entitled 'Technical Advisor to the Executive
Director' is hereby established. The salary for the position
shall be at the rate of $10,000.00 per annum, payable in equal bi-
weekly installments".
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 14, 1979.
