AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute a Right-of-Way
Agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri for the
adjustment of certain District facilities pursuant to highway
improvements on State Highway Route 725 from Wood Avenue to Page
Avenue,
WHEREAS, the adjustment of said District facilities
will not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Right--
of-Way Agreement with the State Highway Commission of Missouri for
the adjustment of certain District facilities pursuant to highway
improvements on State Route 725 from Wood Avenue to Page Avenue,
in the form as attached hereto.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1979.
