AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Clayton Central to reimburse the Seven-Up
Company for the advancement of the cost of construction of
sanitary sewers in Clayton Central, Section III, Phase 2, in the
City of Clayton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund to reimburse the
Seven-Up Company for the advancement of the cost of construction
of sanitary sewers in Clayton Central, Section III, Phase 2, in
the City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1979.
