AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for the renewal
premium of the District's Excess General Liability and Automobile
Liability Insurance coverage from February 27, 1979 to February
27, 1980.
WHEREAS, the current carrier of the District's Excess
General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance coverage has
offered to renew such coverage for an additional year at and for a
premium of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars
($14,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund to be used for payment of the renewal
premium for the District's Excess General Liability and Automobile
Insurance coverage from February 27, 1979 to February 27, 1980.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1979.
