AN ORDINANCE, renewing a contract with the National
Surety Corporation for the District's excess General Liability and
Automobile Liability Insurance coverage from February 27, 1979 to
February 27, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The National Surety Corporation which has
submitted a proposal for renewing the District's Excess General
Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance with a limit of
liability coverage of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00), in
excess of the primary insurers' limits of liability, for one year,
at and for a premium of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00), is
hereby awarded the contract for such liability insurance coverage
from February 27, 1979 to February 27, 1980.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 28, 1979.
