AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($4,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek as the District's
share for the construction of storm sewer improvements in Dawning
Lane, in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Des Peres, Missouri, has
undertaken the construction of said storm sewer improvements and
has requested the District to contribute thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($4,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Sugar Creek as
the District's share for the construction of storm sewer
improvements in Dawning Lane, in the City of Des Peres, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1979.
