AN ORDINANCE, redefining the boundaries of that part of
the Mississippi River Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District which lies in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Mississippi River Subdistrict was
established by Ordinance No. 775, adopted June 25, 1962, and the
boundaries thereof have been amended by annexation thereto of a
number of parcels of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, as set
forth by certain District Ordinances as hereinafter enumerated,
and
WHEREAS, for administrative convenience in referring to
the boundaries of that part of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
which lies in St. Louis County, Missouri,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The boundaries of that part of the
Mississippi River Subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District which lies in St. Louis County, Missouri, are hereby
declared to be those as established by Ordinance No. 775, adopted
June 25, 1962, and as described in the following annexation
Ordinances:

10, 1964; No. 1302, adopted March 24, 1965; No. 1324, adopted
April 22, 1965; No. 1361, adopted July 15, 1965; No. 1451, adopted
January 13, 1966; No. 1453, adopted January 13, 1966; No. 1485,
adopted May 9, 1966; No. 1570, adopted December 22, 1966; No.
1719, adopted February 13, 1968; No. 1784, adopted September 12,
1968; No. 1796, adopted October 11, 1968; No. 1884, adopted May 1,
1969; No. 1907, adopted June 12, 1969; No. 1962, adopted October
30, 1969; No. 2011, adopted March 19, 1960; No. 2012, adopted
March 19, 1970; No. 2050, adopted June 18, 1970; No. 2157, adopted
April 22, 1971; No. 2175, adopted June 3, 1971; No. 2177, adopted
June 3, 1971; No. 2195, adopted July 15, 1971; No. 2236, adopted
