AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict
Operating Fund as a loan to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central, and providing
for the repayment of said sum; and further appropriating Three
Hundred Forty-two Thousand Dollars ($342,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Clayton Central for the construction of sanitary sewers together
with repayment of the cost of engineering, survey and inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central -
Section IV) S-1172, in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand
Dollars ($120,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Mississippi
River Subdistrict Operating Fund as a loan to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Clayton Central;
said sum to be repaid from the revenue of that Subdistrict from
taxes levied and assessed in the years 1979 and 1980, and to be
collected within the 1979-1980 and 1980-1981 fiscal years.
Section Two. The officers of the District are directed
to repay to the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund the
One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) as soon as
receipts are collected from the tax levy made for the years 1979
and 1980 in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central).
Section Three. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-two
Thousand Dollars ($342,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Clayton Central for the construction of sanitary sewers together
with repayment of the cost of engineering, survey and inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred with such construction
project, in Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central - Section IV)
S-1172, in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1979.
