Board of Assessors Meeting
December 21, 2011
Members Present: Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Old Business:
The Board signed the release of the Chapter 61B property of Betsy Clark, 0 Off Main Street,
Map 21, Parcel 7 (originally), now Map 21, Parcels 7-1, 7-2 and 7-3.
New Business:
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 6:20. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:28.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
2-0.

December 21, 2011
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 6:20 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Personal Property Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list
attached hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the
Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached
hereto as Addendum 2.
After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement
Applications as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 3.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote
was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:28.
