New Business: Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2012 Real Estate and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Salomone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 6:20. Salomone-yes, Hayes-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 7:28. Present: Assessors Hayes and Salomone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Personal Property Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1. After discussion on each application, the Board voted unanimously to approve each of the Real Estate Abatement Applications, in the amounts indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2. After discussion, the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement Applications as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 3. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session.
