AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifty-one Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-nine and 63/100 Dollars
($51,279.63) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Gimblin Road Sewer Repair (S-1394), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-nine and 63/100 Dollars ($51,279.63) is hereby
appropriated from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund
to be used for additional costs in the construction of storm
sewers in Gimblin Road Sewer Repair (S-1394), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 11, 1979.
