HomeMy Public PortalAbout03783 O R D I N A N C E NO. 3783 AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Woodcrest Subdivision, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this District has no further use for the subject easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easements in Woodcrest Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records, are hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land in Lots 4 and 9 of Woodcrest as recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records in Fractional Section 3 and 4, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Woodcrest; thence along the North line of said Lot 3 North 83 degrees 03 minutes 21 seconds West, 349.68 feet to a point; thence leaving said North line of Lot 3 North 6 degrees 56 minutes 29 seconds East, 3.36 feet to an iron pipe; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 75.00 feet, an arc distance of 72.11 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 62 degrees 01 minute 56 seconds East, 424.66 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 12 degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds West, 309.42 feet to the iron pipe at the point of beginning. Said tract of land containing 1.416 acres more or less. A utility easement running along and parallel to the North line of Lot 3 of Woodcrest, said line being South 83 degrees 03 minutes 21 seconds East for a distance of 374.68 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 3 and a ten foot wide utility easement running along and parallel to the common line of Lots 4 and 9 beginning at the West most corner of Lot 4, said line being North 29 degrees 55 minutes 42 seconds East for a distance of 220.28 feet ending on the center line of Woodcrest Executive Drive. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 23, 1979.
