AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Five Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for the
purchase of certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri
for right-of-way purposes for future improvements to Coldwater
Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($5,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for the purchase of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for right-of-way purposes for future improvements to
Coldwater Creek.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 13, 1979.
